The ET1FORM.NET Team have organised a prize draw and are offering a free Career Report.

Below are the terms and conditions:

1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who provide their details (email address or Facebook account) to enter the Prize Draw.
2. Members of ET1FORM.NET or anyone else connected to the setting up and management of the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Prize Draw:
   • Visit our KingSumo URL: https://kingsumo.com/g/aj1llj/free-career-report-apple-music-prizedraw
   • Enter with your email address or Facebook account. No purchase is necessary.
   • By entering the Prize Draw with your email or Facebook account you agree to receive further communications from us.
   • Your personal information is safe with us; at any time you can email team@et1form.net to request access to your data, request rectification of your data, request to unsubscribe from some or all communications from us, or request complete deletion of your personal data.
   • Whenever you receive newsletters or marketing email messages from us, at the bottom of such email correspondence, you will have the option to update your preferences or unsubscribe from our marketing list.
   • If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, email team@et1form.net.
5. Opening date for entries to the Prize Draw is 9:00am on Saturday 26th June 2021. The closing date is 18:00pm on Friday 20th August 2021. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
6. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed at random by the KingSumo software. The draw will take place on Monday 23rd August 2021.
7. Winner will receive the Prize if he meets the entry criteria and has not submitted multiple email addresses belonging to himself. The winner will receive the Prize described in the Prize Draw page on the KingSumo platform.
8. Winner to be informed by email within 7 days of the closing date and must respond within 14 days to claim the Prize.
9. If a winner does not qualify or is unable to receive the Prize after 21 days from the first day we try to continually contact them, the Team at ET1FORM.NET reserves the right to redraw (randomly select) another winner (liable to the same rules as mentioned in section 8). If a winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Team at ET1FORM.NET shall be entitled to select yet another winner in accordance to the same rules until a winner can accept and receive the Prize.
10. A member of the ET1FORM.NET team will contact the winner to assist him receive and benefit from the Prize. The team at ET1FORM.NET does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the Prize. Furthermore, ET1FORM.NET does not accept any responsibility for any additional costs associated with the Prize that are not specifically included in the Prize described in the Prize Draw page on the KingSumo platform.
11. The winner’s details – name and UK City or Town – can be obtained by sending an email to team@et1form.net within 30 days after the closing date of the Prize Draw.
12. We reserve the right to publicly announce the winner’s name and UK City or Town. We also reserve the right to use their feedback to the free Career Report for marketing purposes. The winner may also be contacted and requested to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
13. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
14. ET1FORM.NET retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the team at ET1FORM.NET shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. We further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of ET1FORM.NET for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
16. The team at ET1FORM.NET reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). Our decision in all matters under our control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The team at ET1FORM.NET shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
18. These T&Cs apply in addition to the KingSumo official rules available at the bottom of the KingSumo Prize Draw page. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts except where the dispute is specifically related to the operations of the KingSumo software or Prize webpage.
